Pells Gap Estates Has Lots Ready for Your Dream Home

We are developing Pells Gap Estates in phases. The first two phases have been surveyed (53 lots), streets completed, water, and electricity installed. Twenty-three lots have been sold and eight homes have been built. The home owners’ association was organized in 2005 and the sixth annual meeting was last month. There are three more phases planned to begin when the economy improves. The subdivision will be more than 80 acres with about one mile along the east brow of Sand Mountain located just outside Fort Payne, AL, city limits. It is developing into a very good neighborhood in a good community, Blake Community.

The area is a beautiful semi-rural area with rolling hills, pastureland, and woodlands with creeks and streams that drain into the Tennessee River. Pells Gap Estates on the side of the mountain with great views and is less than three miles from Interstate 59, close to all kinds of recreation and shopping, about 50 miles from Chattanooga, TN, and about 70 miles from Huntsville, AL.
